Simplified Engine Transmission Oil Cooler System with 6 Cooling Fan and Thermostat Switch Wiring Kit

The American Volt 6 row transmission oil cooler kit with a 6-inch fan is designed to preserve the life of your transmission and improve towing performance. It fits a wide range of applications, from sub-compacts to motorhomes. The kit has been 100% pressure tested at 150 PSI for quality assurance, and its high-efficiency turbulation and ultrasonically soldered construction ensure reliability.

The kit includes 3/8-inch push-on fittings for quick and easy installation, and the dimensions are 0.75" x 7.5" x 12.5". The electric fan is an American Volt high-performance 6-inch cooling fan, with a custom-upgraded 90-watt motor that produces more CFM air flow volume. The fan motors are sealed to be water and dust resistant, increasing their longevity, and the fan is configured by default as an air puller out of the box. The durable construction makes the fan shock-resistant for on and off-road vehicle applications, and it includes shroud mounting feet attachments and a mounting strap kit.

The fan specifications include a 6-inch blade size, a straight blade type, a 90-watt motor size, a 700 CFM rating, an amp draw of 2250-8 amps, and a plastic shroud/steel motor with dimensions of 7.2" x 7" x 2.4" thickness at the center and 1.4" thickness at the edge.

The kit also includes a universal inline hose thermostat kit for any automotive vehicle. The adapter size is 6AN male with barb push-on hose fittings, and the circuit closes at the selected turn-on temperature, powering the fan. The thermostat can be mounted anywhere on the transmission oil cooler hose near the inlet and measures all fluid/liquid temperatures, including water, coolant, and oil. An AC/manual override circuit with a lighted toggle switch is also included, along with installation instructions.
